What was the highlight of Hotel Hispania Mallorca
Muito bom
A variedade da comida, tanto ao pequeno almoço como ao jantar. Era possível optar por diversas opções. Os funcionários também foram 5 estrelas sempre sorridentes e atenciosos. A localização também é excelente, mesmo em frente à praia e com os supermercados (Mercadona) bem perto.
O facto de nem a água estar incluída nas opções de jantar, sendo um bem essencial. O isolamento acústico dos quartos, ouvia-se o barulho lá de fora, mas como é uma zona turística é compreensível. Os colchões das camas também eram bastante duros, talvez deviam pensar em trocar os colchões. A taxa turística que foi paga e o "aluguer" das toalhas de piscina (20€ por cada toalha, no fim devolvem o dinheiro), mas estas duas últimas já eram de prever... O preço das bebidas também algo alto, mas como é uma zona turística também não é de admirar. Apesar de trocarem as toalhas e fazerem as camas todos os dias, só ao fim de 7 dias é que limparam o chão. Acho que devia ser com mais frequência.

As camas não são confortáveis, o colchão deixa a desejar. O barulho que vem dos bares na rua também incomoda bastante.

Barulho que se ouvia da rua, dos bares. E do colchão, não era muito confortável. A casa de banho, no duche, deveria ter uma maneira de não molhar tanto a casa de banho.
