Great Location for a pleasant stay.

Location was great, right on the beach. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and very clean.

Air-conditioning was very weak and not very cold. Photos do not give you a true feeling of the present hotel, therefore not the greatest value.

Wonderful

Hotel Hispania is closed to the beach and the airport.The breakfast and the dinner were really, really good with many options available. The time to wait for the new available stock was less than a minute..

Nothing really,however the fridge was a bit tired and with stains inside.

Clean, friendly, perfect location to beach and airport

Amazing sky bar. Lovely view and friendly staff. Was also lovely and quiet compared to the nightlife outside the hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. We only stayed one night on an extreme day trip.

Only downside for us, I am a mother traveling alone with her teenager daughter. I didn’t research the area enough and didn’t realise it was a party area for German travellers. But was really grateful to reception for informing me of this on arrival and telling us where and how we could find quieter spots etc. Also was loud music and partying in adjacent rooms until 4am. But to be expected given the area so it’s my fault for not researching the area.

Great location, very clean and close to the airport - roughly 15 minutes

Disappointed no late check out despite rooms available ( flight home was evening time ) Room was quiet small for the price we paid

Very Good

We could leave our luggages at the luggage room until our room was ready and could use the hotel facilities. They offered breakfast for 8€/person, including all freshly made fruit and vegetable juices, coffee, almond, soya and oat milk. There is a small, but clean and nice pool and the beach is about 2min far from the hotel on foot. The bus stops (bus 25 and A2) are few minutes away on foot. The air conditioning worked perfectly and the mini balcony was also suitable to relax and dry our swimming suits. After checkout we could still use the hotel facilities and the luggage room and could get a towel with 20€ cash deposit. The staff is very friendly, helpful and the entire hotel area, room, pool, restaurant, lobby was spotless clean all the time. Our room had 3 single beds and a very nice, comfy armchair. The beds and pillows are comfortable and having a mini fridge was really useful. The bathroom was super mini, but clean.

There are only 2 small elevators in the hotel. One handles 2, the other can hold 4. During breakfast and dinner time they were occupied the whole time, so many of us had to use the stairs from the 4th floor both ways. The safe in the hotel room doesn't work with the code. You have to rent the safe. 10€ deposit plus 2,5€/day rental. This was really stg we have never seen anywhere else. It is so basic to have a free safe in each room, that it cannot be anything less. There is no kettle, coffee or tea pads in the room. We have found these even in less starred hotels, so we were really surprised that here it was not provided. The food variety and taste was really disappointing for both breakfast and dinner. Very limited type of food was offered. For example on the first day at breakfast only Tomato slices were available as vegetables! No other vegetables were found, not even olives, paprika, cucumbers or Ruccola... We don't eat pork and the alternatives (chicken, veggie, beef) were very very limited. The drinks are not included during dinner. Soft drinks, water, alcoholic beverages, wine can be ordered, but no juices... 1 small bottle of water (about 250ml) costs about 2.20€

Wonderful

The staff were very friendly and so helpful. Beautiful sky bar to watch the sunsets. Great buffet choice for breakfasts and evening meal. Room was great, comfortable and great shower. Location was perfect for the beach and bars etc and a great bus service right on the doorstep. Amazing value for money.

Wonderful

Location very good. Easy to get to from the airport. Hotel directly overlooking the beach and promenade. Sky bar lovely. We had a fabulous room overlooking the sea with very spacious terrace. Staff very friendly.

Mattresses extremely hard and rather uncomfortable. Food was OK. But plenty of choice

Rooftop bar was fab. Food in restaurant was pretty good. Bed was comfy. Location of hotel was good. Staff were lovely and helpful. The room was really clean. Good hotel facilities.

I think they have other rooms available, but we were allocated one that was more like a bathroom with a bed in it. The shower was next to the bed. The sink and cubicle toilet all in the same room!. Too many mirrors to make the room look bigger.

Great stay!

Great location (50m away from the beach), good range of facilities. Good value for money. Half board option available.

This time, our room was on the 4th floor, right under the rooftop bar which means it was noisier than we would have liked, especially in the evening. Breakfast not very diverse. Also, compared with our previous stay, the restaurant staff was sometimes slow or uninterested in taking our drinks order (drinks not included in half board option).

Hotel is perfectly located, close to the airport and Palma and right on the sandy beach, with amazing views of the sea and great sunsets from the rooftop bar. Staff was great, very helpful with rent a car, really good breakfast with lots of options l, hotel rooms are clean and modern

Walls are paper thin, no soundproofing, we could hear neighbours all the time… also lots of drunk guests wondering around halls at late hours. Elevator could be better, can only fit 2 people and sometimes need to wait longer. A bit disappointing they charge extra for the safe box
